This paper impasto art piece depicts a youthful clown floating away from a monotone life to a new world full of color. Made from repurposed pre-pigmented paper with watercolor shading, on wood. The inspiration for this piece comes from my own desperate desire as a teen to escape the small town existence for a more colorful life.
