Mindfulness/science-based program designed to cultivate our ability to naturally let go of old habits (chemicals, food, anxiety, and more), build mindfulness muscles and find greater ease in everyday life. This weekly group will feature three key components: - Mapping: Learning to see our Habit-loops clearly: Trigger-Behavior-Reward - Exploring: Learning from our Habit-loops... hmmmm What do I get from this behavior? Does it serve me well? - Relaxing: Cultivating awareness through mindfulness meditation practices. This program and methodology is based on the works of Dr. Judson Brewer.
