My great grandmother divorced my grandfather in 1922. In a scheme to win her back, he hired a seamstress to create a crazy quilt to give to my grandmother, unfortunately the seamstress died before finishing it. He gave it to her anyway and she married him a 2nd time. She divorced him 2 years later.
